Our Services
The Monkland Merchant Association is an organization where your input counts. We focus on issues that matter to you, like business development, local government, market trends and new technologies. Collectively, we have a strong voice in how business gets done in the Monkland area.
Among our objectives are to :- coordinate cooperative advertising at a significant savings
- attract highly successful media coverage for the street
- produce an annual promotional brochure with map, history of Monkland and member business listings
- expand parking space
- attract new businesses
- appeal to tourists
- promote shopping & doing business locally
- work with City officials on quality-of-life issues such as city services, zoning, and policing
